Lux
Dictate editable text, ask about permitted company or project information, and review supported Journal, reminder and estimate actions. You choose what is saved.
Availability depends on role, configuration and allowance. Full voice workflows across real devices remain under qualification.
Google Calendar
Publish an authorized schedule to a dedicated Google calendar. Review Google changes before applying them to the HomeCraft OS schedule.
Requires the right permission and connected account. HomeCraft OS remains authoritative for project schedule revisions.
Drive + Docs
Select specific Google files for the project. Access is limited to the chosen capability and the connected user’s permission.
Per-file connection is implemented. Complete customer-file and provider recovery acceptance is still being qualified.
Your choice
The manual CRM does not require Google or an AI connection. Permissions still apply to every connected action.

Restricted Gmail mailbox reading remains disabled and deferred. Automatic project forwarding inboxes are not activated. Existing approved Gmail sending is separate from mailbox reading.
The optional external ChatGPT/Claude connection is a separate delivery from Lux and is not yet offered as a completed customer setup.
Check the current availability for your company during onboarding. No automatic sending or unrestricted access to your mailbox or Drive is promised.
Exact-user gmail.send supports explicitly approved sending from the connected user. Separate optional gmail.readonly consent is required for mailbox review; sending permission never grants reading access.
Optional exact-user mailbox review is implemented but remains disabled pending restricted-scope verification and owner activation. That work is currently deferred. The bounded design returns at most 10 transient header results when an authorized user requests a search. No background read, modification, or deletion is enabled.
Company-wide ingestion, background mailbox monitoring, mailbox modification or deletion, and automatic sending remain outside this release. Read our Privacy Notice and disconnection and deletion instructions.
